		<description>To clarify, Adam Evans is chef de cuisine of craftbar which makes up the downstairs area, and has a separate menu. Adam worked as a sous chef for Craft in NYC for almost 4 years before re-locating to Atlanta to run the craftbar kitchen. 

Kevin is, as you state, the chef of craft, which constitutes the upstairs area. 

Both are outstanding chefs, as are all of Colicchio&#039;s top people.</description>
