Admittedly, there were shortcomings as is always the case at the beginning of any new restaurant. Personnel and menu changes are made until any issues are reduced to a minimum. Review what patrons have been saying as of late. Secondly, if you have an unbiased "objective" to review a restaurant you are not likely going to order a chicken salad sandwich. It does not appear any real restaurant review was done here. As for the fries, I have had them and would not say they are the best I have ever had but I will say that I have heard more than a few say that they thought they were. [Translated, that means that they are very good]. Try the hooch beans, the red beans and rice, or God forbid, a real entree. This place has some of the best steaks litterally anywhere. [that again is from personal experience and the testimony of many in the place]. As you can tell I spend a lot of time in this place, but why? I have no interest in this place other than I like it and the folks who work there. Give this place another try and you will not be disappointed.......and set your sights a little higher than a cold sandwich. Such a shame too, it took them too long to build and now a poor result. I wish we had more places to eat out here that were worth the trip!
