A few clarifications;

1) I have never personally received a dime of grant money for my restaurant. It all went to the curb market for renovations that will be completed this year.
2) When foodiebuddha asked me to do this, the first thing I told him was that I wasn't a chef. Regardless, it would have been foolish to not answer his questions.
3) I'm assuming that I'm being accused of ripping off Shake Shack. If you go there, you'll realize that that's only one of probably 20 burger concepts I've ripped off to come up with Grindhouse. I also brought in a lot of fresh new ideas you can't find anywhere else.

But really everyone needs to chill out. It's just hamburgers after all.

I vet all comments as best as I can. I doubt (for any number of reasons) that Foddie101 is Richard Blais. I doubt Blais even reads this blog.

I find this so amusing as Alex is FAR from a chef. Clearly he found a great concept,
COPIED it, and sells burgers. BFD, really. FoodieBuddha- find some real chefs to interview, not some overeducated grant recipient.
