So Roxy's couldn't get set up on Saturday for lunch because of some problem with the Piedmont Park location that might have been beyond their control. Fine, I'll give them a pass, even though I was disappointed waiting for them.

But their "strategy" for the rest of the day was unforgivably moronic. They sat behind the Star Bar for hours during the middle of the day. Then, when dinner hour rolled around (and when I was just walking out the door to find them), they announce that they're abandoning that location. Morons. I didn't get to try their food -- and because of that I'm glad they lost.

Here's a clue for every food truck on TV and in real life: Don't just tell me where you are right now; tell me where you anticipate being 3 hours from now.
