What? No picture of the M&M sisters? Does man live by food alone?

Regardless, I know what you mean about being titillated and teased by what you think will be a savory sausage in a natural casing only to ultimately wonder just why you made the deceptive purchase in the first place. It has been a while since I have pleased my olfactory glands with my talents and tomorrow I am going to dust off my sausage making equipment and review my sausage recipes. There is no greater joy than producing your own product with your preferred spice mix accentuating a ground meat mix like no commercial supplier can afford to do.

Additionally, those sausages referred to as exotic, you know, made from animals you can find in the woods from behind your house or that country swamp; those meats tend to be too dry for my taste for a good sausage. With sausage, you have to have just the correct amount of fat and few folks understand this when making sausage with lean and game meats.

Special to my little Princess . . . Please, no more chicken sausage . . .
